Teia is a Licensed massage therapist and member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
She is certified in Myofascial Mobilization and has received professional training in Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Hot Stone Massage, and Cupping.
Teia works with her clients to decrease discomfort from overuse, poor posture, and injury. She combines a wide range of modalities based on each client's unique goals to make each session both productive and relaxing.
